Pricing

All pricing is based on design. Complexity, colors and size are all factored into the price.

Depending on design, cookie prices range between $54-$60 per dozen. Factors include:

  • Amount of designs used. Usually 3-4 different designs are used for a dozen order
  • Amount of colors used
  • Airbrushing
  • Hand-painted metallics
  • Hand-painted design details
  • Florals
  • Letting/text amount
  • Cookie size. Sizes range depending on particular cutter shape. Generally, cutter sizes are between 3”-5”.

Quantity

There is a 12 cookie minimum for custom orders. Any amount over 12 may be ordered. Cookies must be of the same theme/style.

Availability

THE FROSTED COOKIE CO. books out anywhere from one to three months in advance. If you would like to secure a spot for your event, booking early is recommended. Limited custom orders are available around holidays.

Custom Order Request

  • Fill out the custom order request form on the website. I will respond to the email provided within 48 hours. If there is any further information needed or questions, I will reach out. Please be as detailed as possible when submitting requests. I will provide a quote based off info provided.
  • Once the design and date are approved, an invoice will be emailed. A full, non-refundable payment must be received within 48 hours to secure your order. An order is not added to the calendar until payment is received. Pick up details will be included at time of order confirmation.
  • I strive to color match to requests as close as possible. I cannot guarantee an exact match due to color’s appearances on screens and the nature of working with food color and icing.
  • All orders are pick up only in Star Idaho.
  • Idaho Cottage Food Laws do not permit shipping out of state.
  • Deliveries are not offered at this time. Possible exceptions include large orders, schedule permitting.
  • No dietary restricted cookies are available at this time (nut-free, dairy-free, vegan, gluten free, etc.). •All of THE FROSTED COOKIE CO.’s cookies are vanilla bean sugar cookies with vanilla royal icing.
  • Sorry, no copyrighted character cookies can be purchased by THE FROSTED COOKIE CO. as it is illegal.
  • All cookies are individually heat sealed and come in a bakery box or bag, depending on quantity.
  • Cookies keep well up to 2 weeks kept at room temperature in their package. Cookies can be frozen if desired.

Cancellations

Payment is made in full to secure your date on my calendar. If sufficient cancellation notice has been provided (minimum of 2 weeks before order due date), a refund will be issued, minus credit card processing fees. If less than 2 weeks notice is provided before order due date, a credit will be issued for a future order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I am happy to discuss to remedy! I want you to be completely satisfied!
